We stand behind every product we sell. Our return policy is straightforward and customer-first — because your satisfaction matters to us.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack the item securely with the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our provided address. We will inspect it and notify you within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom or made-to-order mold components, used or customer-damaged items, products marked as Final Sale, and digital downloads or software licenses. When in doubt, contact us before shipping anything back.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is returned to your original payment method. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items within the 30-day window. Mention your exchange preference when contacting support. The first exchange per order ships free — price differences are charged or refunded accordingly.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost entirely. For all other returns, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
